Unfortunately, COVID-19 continues to spread, and safety is of course our highest priority. As a company, we will continue to run our business. This means that we have organised ourselves in a different way than normal. We would like to take the opportunity to inform you of the ways in which we are safeguarding our deliveries and service to you. We also want to set out the precautions we are taking to protect and help you and our own staff.
The majority of our employees are working as before. To minimise the risk of spreading the virus, staff will be working remotely, where possible. This means that we are fully operational. Our salespeople will continue to support you. Many of our customer visits are now being performed digitally instead of face-to-face. Most of our customer service staff are working from home, but they are fully up and running – and still on hand to answer any questions you may have. We have cancelled all our events until further notice and are taking precautions in all our showrooms according to local authority guidelines.
Our production is running, however our teams are working in shifts and taking all necessary precautions. This ensures that we can continue business as usual, and your orders will be delivered as fast as possible. However, circumstances are continuously changing. Deliveries may therefore be affected by local restrictions.
