PH 5 for every mood
Much has changed in the six decades between 1958 and 2018. But the ingenuity of Poul Henningsen’s PH 5 has kept the design relevant for all these years, proving the concept’s worth time and time again – in every space and every hue.
To celebrate the PH 5’s anniversary, Louis Poulsen has released the lamp in the same vibrant color range as the recently launched PH 5 Mini: Classic White, a new Modern White, and six bold color combinations – Hues of Orange, Hues of Rose, Hues of Red, Hues of Green, Hues of Blue, and Hues of Gray.
NJP thrives in a gray zone
Futuristic yet familiar: the NJP in Alu Gray. Conceived as a new interpretation of the classic architect’s lamp, the popular NJP family expands with a soft, versatile Light Alu Gray version for forward-thinking modern interiors.
In designing the NJP lamp, nendo’s Oki Sato sought to unite a sense of instant recognition with the appeal of the never-before-seen. The resulting design achieves just that, pairing an organically-shaped head with a geometric stem, and adding ultra-adjustable arm joints and a hidden timer function.
Panthella MINI shines brightly in chrome
A new chrome edition of Verner Panton’s head-turning sculptural lamp enters the scene, reflecting its surroundings and enlivening even the smallest nooks with its gleaming, elegant new profile.
With demand for the lamp's elegant form as great as ever, Louis Poulsen expanded the Panthella family with the compact Panthella MINI in 2016. Now, a Panthella MINI in genuine chrome-plated metal – inspired by Panton’s own acrylic chrome finish for the Panthella – is bringing the playful, mirror-like form into an even more engaged conversation with modern interiors.
Design to Shape Light
Louis Poulsen has always sought, not only to design lamps, but also to shape light and create an atmosphere that makes people feel good, both in- and outdoors. The shape of light creates space and our products should live harmoniously within the space they define - indirect, soft and inviting.
