Harvings Pakhus on Scandiagade 8 was built in 1919 for the trading company H. Hennings & Harving and designed by architect L. P. Gudme in a classical style. Following an extensive renovation in 2023 and 2024, the historic building has been transformed into a modern and attractive office destination in Copenhagen.
The lighting has been conceived as an integrated part of the building, where functional task lighting and atmosphere-enhancing illumination support the architecture and character of the space.
Indoors, Flindt Wall and VL Studio create a comfortable and calm lighting experience throughout the building, while Patera and PH 5 Mini introduce decorative focal points and a warm atmosphere within the shared areas.
Outdoors, Flindt Bollard in corten steel, together with Toldbod 290 Wall, contribute to a welcoming and reassuring arrival experience. The materials and design language of the luminaires also create a natural connection between the warehouse’s historic character and its new, contemporary function.
