1. Presented by,The Trade Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is presented by Louis Poulsen USA, Inc., with its principal office at 36 East 31st Street, 4th Floor, New York 10016 (“Company”).
2. Eligibility Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period The Sweepstakes begins at March 5 at 9:00 am and ends March 30 at 11:59 pm. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, complete the Trade Survey during the Entry Period. Each complete survey consists of one (1) entry. Multiple entries by the same individual are not permitted.
5. Prize and Value Fifteen (15) winners will each receive one (1) with the value of $515-$715 per lamp. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.
6. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Company or its designated agent within 30 days of the end of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via email within 30 days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond or provide required information may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
8. Limitations of Liability The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries or for any technical, network, or human errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for purposes of the Sweepstakes.
10. Void Where Prohibited The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
