To begin the process of registering a claim please send an email to onlinestore@louispoulsen.com.

 

Be advised that you can only use the claims section below if you purchased through this website. If you purchased the product at a retailer please contact the retailer directly.

 

Please include the following in your email to us:

1: Email: State the email address used when placing the order with us.

2: Web order number: State the web order number which can be found on the order confirmation you have received from us.

3: Attach photos: Please attach photos of the product you are making a claim on. 

4: After receiving your information we will book a return shipment with our shipping partner.
