In this document you can read about which personal data [Louis Poulsen Lighting A/S] (LP) processes, the purpose of the processing and your rights as a user of LP’s web-site.
2. Unregistered Users and Use of Cookies
To ensure the best possible output of the web-site, LP processes data about searches and other user behaviour on the web-site. However, information is not processed in a way that can combine the user behaviour with identified persons.
Use of cookies makes it possible for LP to see which parts of the web-site the user’s browser has previously visited in order to adjust the contents of the web-site. However, LP does not process information collected via cookies in a way that can combine the user behaviour with specific persons.
3. Registered Users
LP processes personal data which is given when a person registers as a user on the web-site e.g. in connection with ordering or downloading LP’s products and catalogues.
4. Marketing
LP does not use personal data when sending commercial electronic mail unless the user has previously accepted this or unless this can otherwise be done legally.
LP processes all collected information about users confidentially and does not disclose such information to any third party without the user’s previous consent, unless it is necessary to fulfil an agreement with the user or unless this can otherwise be done legally.
5. Your Rights
You are entitled to know which personal data about you is being processed on the web-site, the purpose hereof, the origin of the information etc. At any time you are entitled to object to LP’s processing of your personal data, the correctness hereof and demand information deleted. Further, at any time you can withdraw any given consent. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@lpmail.com.
6. IT-Security
LP has implemented a number of technical and organisational measures to protect personal data processed on the web-site against accidental or unlawful destruction, forfeiture, impairment or is brought to the knowledge of an unauthorised person.
7. Konkurranse
Konkurransen er ikke kjøpsbetinget.
Vinnerne av konkurransen får direkte beskjed pr. e-mail, og navnene offentliggjøres på www.louispoulsen.com/no. Ved deltakelse i konkurransen aksepteres samtidig denne offentliggjørelsen. Vinnerne mottar premien i løpet av ca. 14 dager. Premiene kan ikke byttes til kontanter eller andre varer.
Det er kun tillatt å delta i konkurransen én gang. Kun personer bosatt i Norge kan delta i konkurransen.
Ansatte i Targetti Poulsen Norway AS og medlemmer i deres husstander kan ikke delta i konkurransen. Ved mistanke om juks har firmaet rett til å utelukke deltakere fra loddtrekningen.
Louis Poulsen Lighting AS er ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle trykkfeil.
